I wanted to contruct a retro gas station type structure based on filling stations built along Route 66 in the USA. I gathered cardboard boxes, cling film containers, bottle caps, coloured paper and bamboo sticks and began by glueing together an exterior frame. I then painted it with white poster paint and stuck coloured card to various sides to create a colourful & bright look.
Currently in first year studying art & design at Limerick School of Art & Design (LSAD). This is a blog documenting my research and development of our first year brief "To Sense My Space".
